What I had thought about the Starry Night by Anne Sexton. I really thought that the girl who was in the poem. Really Has problems, she was talking about death And how she wants to die but, when she is talking about a death she wants is creapy. Like in the begining she is talking about a Starry Night. And how she wants to die she describes the night so well but like is talking about that the night boilswith eleven stars? When reading this I thought about a whole bunch of stars. And that eleven of those stars shined so bright that is boiled the sky and you saw waves around the star because, it is so bright.
The tone of this poem is silent and exist those 2 words in the poems stuck out like a sore thimb. The reason why I thought that is because, she makes is seem like she doesn't want to exist. And that the poem is very silent, her death is very silent, the way she describes he wanting to die is like somewhat silent.
