As i was reading Mother to Son By Langston Hughes. I did not understand a thing the author waz talking about. All I was saying was what the heck I rateed it 0 the first time i read it. Because, like i said before i did not know what they were talking about. As i kept reading it over and over the ratings went higher by 1. Hey i am being honest i dis not know what the heck it was about.
This poem had alot of like repetition at one stanza. The poem was a extended metaphor the mom is like saying that life is not easy it is tough and it should b taking carfully. The poem also had alot of concreate imagery though.
I appreciate your honesty! Elaborate on what you think the metaphor is and means. What is some imagery that you liked in the poem. Also, waz? What the heck is a waz? I think your responses could use some editing. Keep your writing somewhat more formal and less conversational; avoid abbreviating words as if you were texting:)
